Design brief

• When entering the editor the Jenkinsfile may not be a declarative syntax but a scripted one. In this case the editor cannot be used to edit.
• We'd like to use this as an opportunity to educate people on why their jenkinsfile could not be edited and that switching to declarative will give them super powers.
