This is really useful to select files from within a git project, ATM I have to set the base directory to jobs/athena/jobs/run/workspace  which is a bit ugly.

perhaps supporting the Token Macro plugin would be sufficient?  

One alternative would be to change it to be relative to WORKSPACE rather than JENKINS_HOME (which would be a breaking change)
