Add support for visual themes in views using Jenkins pipelines

Currently it is not possible to configure which one of the provided themes a pipeline view using Jenkins pipelines should be using, defaulting to the default theme. This can be configured using e.g. JobDSL but support should also be added to allow setting the theme through the UI configuration.
