Support visualization of input step in Jenkins pipelines

If a delivery pipeline view is configured with a Jenkins Pipeline containing input steps, it current fails with an NPE. JENKINS-43525 addresses support of input steps, while this issue is a first fix to just visualize the step and not fail the view.
