Jump to branch history shows encoded name in branch selector

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to the branches tab of a pipeline
      2. Click the history button for a branch that contains a slash in its name
      3. You are taken to the Activity tab with the filter selected on the branch. however the encoded name is set rather than the decoded name.
