Hey imeredith - there are a bunch of unneeded (we think) files in the ATH dir for blue ocean: Jenkinsfile, some pom.xml files which I think are not used and more... 

most of these are carried over from when it was migrated from its own repo. If you know these aren't used are you able to remove them? They have caused some confusion and lost time
