Allow multiple pipelines to be configured for Jenkins pipelines based view

Currently the Delivery Pipeline plugin support for Jenkins pipelines only support one pipeline per view. It should be possible to render multiple pipelines in the same view in the same way as is supported for the traditional downstream job type of pipelines. Backwards compatibility needs to be considered for views created prior to this feature (as the configuration option is likely to change).
