Sticky claim propagate initial claim date

      When claiming a build or a test with sticky option, claim date  & time displayed is always date and time of the current build / run.

       

      We should propagate initial claim date 

       

      i.E : build 1 @ 15/11/2017 13:48:12 > claimed as sticky @ 14:00:00

      build 2 @ 15/11/2017 15:57:20 > claimed should still be there with claim date @ 14:00:00
