I'm using UCM clearcase with the clearcase plugin version 1.0.2. For some
unknown reason, there was a stuck cleartool process for a view. (I only have
one hudson job using this view and nothing and nobody else was using it).
Because of this stuck process, cleartool was telling us that "An update is
already in progress" (see snippet below). However, the build still proceeded.
The build should be aborted with an error if this happens.

We only found this issue (which has been occurring for a while) because the
build was broken and Hudson never told us. This is because Hudson never rebased
our "qbvision-nms" VOB correctly for quite a while.
