Zephyr for JIRA not showing in list of available Jenkins post-build actions

      I have configured the Zephyr for JIRA plugin but it is not showing in the Jenkins post-build actions.  

      This is a freestyle project.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted Jenkins.

      Still not showing.
