Missing error message in case an user could not be added via admin interface

      If you add user via securityRealm/createAccountByAdmin and it fails because hudson.security.HudsonPrivateSecurityRealm.ID_REGEX does not match, you get no error message, so you have no idea why it fails. There should appear a message like on login page in case of an error: "Username - User name must only contain alphanumeric characters, underscore and dash"
