This may be related to the Workspace Cleanup Plugin, but there does not seem to be a recent upgrade of that Component that would account for this.  We are getting somewhat random failures of Jenkins with:

ERROR: Cannot delete workspace: remote file operation failed: C:\Jenkins\workspace\CGE\Regression\Basic_Verification_Tests at hudson.remoting.Channel@20150398:JNLP4-connect connection from 10.253.12.100/10.253.12.100:13770: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: C:\Jenkins\workspace\CGE\Regression\Basic_Verification_Tests -> C:\Jenkins\workspace\CGE\Regression\Basic_Verification_Tests_ws-cleanup_1530221844339
Finished: FAILURE

This happens every few runs of our jobs, especially if the number of files involved is larger.
