Support branch indexing and branch event trigger causes

Currently, when a pipeline is triggered by a version control branch event or indexing event (e.g. scanning a multibranch pipeline), the delivery pipeline plugin shows this as "unknown cause".

Delivery Pipeline plugin could support the underlying hudson.model.Cause classes for these events in order to show the appropriate trigger cause in the pipeline view.
