[patch] Disk-usage plugin should only only update Build if disk usage changed

      The disk-usage plugin currently updates every build.xml file within Hudson every 60 minutes. This wreaks havoc on incremental backups of the Hudson master, as every build of every job appears to have been changed every time the backup runs.

      The attached patch causes the build.xml to only be updated if the disk usage for that build actually changed since the last time the thread ran.
