      Add feature to add portlets at the top of the page that are not divided in 2 columns:

      Left portlet 2 Right portlet 2
      ----------------------------------

      Mainly I would like to know if the plugin owner and anybody else are interested in this feature, because I have already implemented and tested in our hudson installation.
