Agent disconnections can cause MissingContextVariableException in Pipelines

      Recent changes to workflow-durable-task-step made to fix JENKINS-41854 have the side effect of causing strange error messages in some cases. For example, consider the following Pipeline:

      node('agent') {
    // do some stuff
    // agent gets disconnected here
    archiveArtifacts(allowEmptyArchive: true, artifacts: '*.jar')
}

      Before the fix for JENKINS-41854, this would have failed with some kind of connection issue when archiveArtifacts attempted to access the agents workspace. Currently, if fails with this error, which is misleading:

      hudson.remoting.ProxyException: org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.steps.MissingContextVariableException: Required context class hudson.FilePath is missing
Perhaps you forgot to surround the code with a step that provides this, such as: node

      I suspect that the problem is that FilePathDynamicContext returns null here, and that it might be better to throw an exception in that case instead. I will have to recheck how FilePathDynamicContext is used to know if that would work or if it would just break the fix JENKINS-41854.
