Set parameter changesNotSentForReview in plugin

      Hello

      We have a problem with uploading bundle via Publisher Plugin.

      It was in rejected state, but when we tried to publish new we got error below 

      Applying changes to Google Play...
Upload failed: 
- Changes cannot be sent for review automatically. Please set the query parameter changesNotSentForReview to true. Once committed, the changes in this edit can be sent for review from the Google Play Console UI.

      How we can set this param in plugin ?

      Or it need upgrade
