we are using Redhat linux 7.9 and our current version of jenkins is 2.254.
we are using java:
openjdk version "1.8.0_292"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_292-b10)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.292-b10, mixed mode)

after upgrading the jenkins to 2.289.3 with war file, ( we didnt change java version or not updated any plugins ( we have almost 50 plugins ) we are not able to login into the Jenkins console ad all of our security settings were over written. even when we disable security and try to login and update security getting problem occured error

here is the error we geo when we tried to login after the upgrade

we are using Active Directory pluig 2.16, please let me know if i need to upgrade the plugin before upgrading jenkins, any help would be greatly appreciate it
