Hi Team,

We have Jenkins instance hosted on Azure Kubernetes Clusters. Some time between 13th Mid night and 14th early morning, Our Jenkins instance got upgraded. It was not planned by us and somehow it got upgraded. We want to know how or how upgraded our jenkins instance.

Can you help/guide us how we can do that or if anywhere in your systems this data get stored as log and if you can share it with us
