instant-messaging plugins should print failing tests

If there are failing tests (unstable builds) the plugins should:

• print the failing tests - probably up to some limits, e.g. the first 5 failing tests
• include a link to the tests result

The feature should be configurable, i.e. at least switch to turn on/off. Maybe also configure the number of tests
