Create a pipeline whose graph is both quite tall and quite wide. Go to the Detail page (i.e. not the Console page) for a run of that pipeline. In the Pipeline widget, where you see the visualization of the pipeline (whether the usual in-page widget or the larger expanded widget), there will be both a horizontal and a vertical scrollbar. However, the horizontal scrollbar is nested inside the vertical scrollbar, meaning it is unavailable except when you scroll to the very bottom of the widget. For a view into a document that is large in both dimensions, both scrollbars should exist at the same nesting level, so that they are both visible all the time regardless of each other’s scrolled position.
