Enable command line options for emulator

    Description

      It would be incredibly useful to be able to add -debug-all or -netdelay/speed options into the emulator when it is being started with the plugin. I am trying to debug an intermittent bug that appears in our build, but it is impossible to debug without the flag turned on.

          Implemented in version 1.6.

          Under "Advanced", an arbitrary set of command line options can be entered to be passed to the emulator at startup.
