    Description

      When we define some global MAVEN_OPTS in hudson config, freestyle jobs using maven doesn't take care of this value (they are using jvm options and not maven options)

            Pipeline projects are also affected.  MAVEN_OPTS is not actually set on `env` to reflect the setting.
