      Description

      jglick/git-changelist-maven-extension will at some point need to be properly hosted, and deployed somewhere—perhaps to OSSRH, since the extension must be activated before pom.xml is read and thus before any Jenkins <pluginRepository> is even encountered.

            Successfully published to OSSRH. Will file a hosting request for @jenkinsci once the JEP is Accepted I guess?
