Unable to release Jenkins plugin changes due to restrict permission

      Description

      I have pushed the code on Jenkins repo and I tried to release the changes but it gave me permission denied error. 
      The error is 

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-release-plugin:2.5:prepare (default-cli) on project BlazeMeterJenkinsPlugin: Unable to commit files
      [ERROR] Provider message:

          The specified user has the necessary permission.

          However, the log message indicates a different user. It looks like the configuration is wrong or you don't understand the problem. Please review that.
