Please publish the apt repository key over HTTPS

      Description

The instructions at http://pkg.jenkins-ci.org/debian/ give the following command:

      wget -q -O - http://pkg.jenkins-ci.org/debian/jenkins-ci.org.key | sudo apt-key add -

but this will download the key insecurely over HTTP. Simply changing 'http' to 'https' doesn't help as this domain doesn't have a valid certificate (and INFRA-330 seems to suggest this is intentional). So would it be possible to publish this key on one of the domains that does support HTTPS?
