My maintainer college Tomas Westling switched employer just over the weekend that all user account passwords were reset which meant that he didn't get the new password because his old email were no longer active. And since he doesn't have his password not access to the old email he can't reset it either.
arnaud tried by changing the email in Jira but that had no effect on the rest of the systems, but he do get updates from Jira now, but can't login.
This has happened once before (hence that he has two accounts)
The accounts email should be set to Tomas.email@example.com
