1.This request is listed on the Readme.txt;

2.I'm wishful of adding a minor tweak, the install path to the Installer metadata, eg C:\Program Files (x86)\Jenkins\plugins
3.I have some experience with Wix, so I looked into it a slight bit. Another ticket that was fixed on the windows installer is;

4.Doing github search for 'msi' or 'wix' finds relevant code.
