          Hi Gavin, sorry for getting back so late. Is this still valid? I believe they were having some SSL certificate troubles.

          I have the same problem as you have. After 8 hours of trying different solutions i found one that worked. i installed the plugin Skip Certificate Check https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Skip+Certificate+Check+plugin and now i can upload to zubhium

          Then that seems like it hasn't been fixed.

          Skipping cert checks globally doesn't really seem like a good plan as that kinda defeats the purpose of https.

          Even with the plugin, still the same for me when I'm trying to update a few plugins.
