Disable CAPTCHA option on signup

      Please add an option to disable CAPTCHA display and processing when creating new accounts.

          You could also group this option as part of a larger suite of options in the future based on whether the
          installation will be deployed on a public or private server. Using CAPTCHA on a private server just adds
          complexity for users, whereas on a public server it makes perfect sense. Maybe other options make sense
          to group this way also. This way you could avoid having a million little settings for every option.
