Description

Original: GET on /users/:id/favorite is very slow. See JENKINS-38079 for details.

New: GET on /users/:id/favorite is very slow. UI calls this API on dashboard page load and its very slow. In the reported HAR file in JENKINS-38079, it takes 5.56 secs to for favorites with page limit 26.
