ZFS features are not used in non-"SunOS" deployments

      As discovered during research for JENKINS-41932 the libzfs.jar used in Jenkins apparently only works for systems detected as "SunOS" - Solaris and illumos spin-offs. This leaves the rest of broader OpenZFS community (*BSDs, Linux via ZoL project, etc.) without benefits of integrated Jenkins support for ZFS.
