Integrate Timestamper plugin with Ocean Blue

      There is a nice Timestamper plugin which outputs timestamps in the Console Output.

      Would be nice to have the same functionality at Blue Ocean.

          michaelneale abayer would there be any reason to not want the log timestamped? I do not see a reason why this shouldn't be included functionality in declarative, automatically enabled. Thoughts?

          yes would be nice to have it - not sure if people would want it on/off in the UI layer, I don't see a reason why someone wouldn't want to have it other than screen realestate being used? it seems more a function of the person viewing the log. Never made sense to me that it was a block scoped step - but the time I wanted it, it was too late, should have always been on.

          kr we are questioning why this is a separate plugin at all and not something built into Pipeline or core itself. I've created JENKINS-47833 which will track that discussion, including the implementation of it in the UI and integration into Pipeline.
