Remoting Kafka Plugin. Phase 1 - Proof of Concept

Expectations:

• Create a proof of concept for Remoting over Kafka
• Do demonstration of the PoC.
• Define design for the final implementation
• Decide whether we use Kafka in the final implementation (or not)
• Create a blogpost with a PoC introduction
