SCM Sync configuration should add a prefix to every commit message

      Our subversion repository works together with JIRA, and blocks checkins which do not have a JIRA issue ID prefixed.
      Therefor we need all svn -m messages prefixed by a JIRA Issue ID.

      Is it possible to add a configurable prefix to the plugin configuration dialog:
      url:
      use prefix:
      prefix:

      The first checkin should use "[<prefix>] Initial" or something.

          I also need this feature for the plugin to be of any use. We have a pre-commit hook that requires a Jira issue number followed by some words of a message.

          A pull request is pending on github with the feature implemented

          A little bit rework is needed but feature should be there in the next release.

          I will close this issue since it is duplicated with JENKINS-10858
          Prefer following (and vote for) this issue : it will be likely the manner to implement things on scm-sync-configuration.

          And no, I'm not dead, just very busy these times

          Maybe in March, I could release a new version with this issue fixed. I already started working on it (I think the delta between time spent/value added is good for this issue )

          Won't fix the manner it is described here since it is duplicated with JENKINS-10858 which describe the good way to implement this feature.
