The "Pending renaming and deletion requests" sub-section in the Manage Jenkins interface is hidden, and needs some sort of notification system to call attention to itself.
Perhaps this could be implemented in the same way as updates to plugins; Visible text stating: "There are requests available" directly in the Manage Jenkins list? Combined with an extension point, so administrators can be notified as soon as they login to Jenkins.
