Allow to pick the Jenkins instance from which jobs have to be imported from a drop-down list

      Currently, users have to manually define the Jenkins instance from which have to be imported.
      The goal here is, if a global option is enabled, for the admin to be able to define a list of Jenkins instance from which to import. In that case, users will be offered with this list when pulling jobs.

      HTTPS and authentication are supported.
