env-vars.html and their translations should be updated

      The env-vars.html lists the available environment variables for shell or Ant scripts.

      • The description for NODE_NAME needs to be changed. Since Jenkins version 1.416 NODE_NAME on master is set to "master" not "" (see JENKINS-9671)
      • The translated versions (de, fr, ja, nl, tr) do not yet include descriptions for NODE_NAME (available since version 1.310) and NODE_LABELS

          Sorry, that I'm reopening this issue, but the rest of the translations (fr, nl, tr) are still missing descriptions for NODE_NAME and NODE_LABELS.
