The URLs for the 'people' and 'newJob' page are wrong for a default install of
hudson.war in Tomcat 6.0.14. If I just drop hudson.war in the WepApps directory
it is mapped to http://<server>/hudson and all hudson URLs should be relative to
that. However 'people' comes out as http://<server>/people (rather than
http://<server>/hudson/people) and 'newJob' comes out as http://<server>/newJob
(rather than http://<server>/hudson/newJob).
