ClearCase UCM plugin does not support matrix builds - our case 7391

      A baseline is selected by its age and promotion level. For example INITIAL.
      For each matrix run the oldest INITIAL baseline is selected. After each run, that baseline is promoted to BUILT. This will result in each run having different baselines!
