"Log Recorders" and "System Summary" name changed to "Jenkins CLI" after upgrade to 1.491

      confirmed on Windows and MacOS

      after the upgrade from 1.487 to 1.491 "Log Recorders" and "System Summary" under "Manage Jenkins" are named "Jenkins CLI". The functionality is fine, just the names are screwed up (see screenhot)
