Add Static Analysis Utilities based JaCoCo plugin

    Description

      Certainly no offense intended, but the existing JaCoCo Plugin lacks some of the polish and configurability found in the excellent Static Analysis Utilities plugins. It would be nice to have a JaCoCo plugin based on this suite, in particular so that test coverage metrics could be included in the Analysis Collector Plugin report.

          Well, I think that you need to specify in more detail what you would like to have. (On the other hand, such a big feature should be implemented by a volunteer). Maybe it would make more sense, to create just a new plug-in that contains a new portlet with combined results.
