    Description

Processes nested by a build aren't killed on Windows OSes newer than win2003R2: win2008R2 and win2012.
When the same project is run on win2003r2/Linux slaves everything works just fine.

Could you describe processes you use?
There are known issues with Cygwin and driver calls, but most of windows processes are being killed successfully

No response to comment asking for additional information in months, so resolving as incomplete.

There have been improvements in process killing in the last few months, so make sure you're on a very recent Jenkins version before reopening or filing a new issue.
