      When renaming a job, its list of changes is empty afterwards. I tried to "Reload configuration from disk", as suggested in JENKINS-15156, which brought back the changes list, but also:

      1) put the old name in place again
      2) removed job configuration history

          Might be a failed rename. Would be interesting to learn whether both old and new job dirs exist.

          Both "Workspace Root Directory" and "Build Record Root Directory" are set to their defaults.
