NullPointerException when saving job config

      After JENKINS update, I was tried to save job configuration and the following stack trace appears in the browser:

      Not installed the following plugins:

      It is installed parameterized-trigger.

          The issue has been caused by Trac plugin:

          at hudson.plugins.trac.TracProjectProperty$DescriptorImpl.newInstance(TracProjectProperty.java:67)

          It depends on your needs.
          If you don't use Trac plugin, it could be an applicable workaround for you

          We are receiving the same error after upgrading to 1.536, our fix was to downgrade to 1.535 as we do not have the Trac plugin installed. So I do not think the problem is limited to that plugin.

          1. Plugin was disabled and I can save job configuration.
          2. Previously, I have faced a similar problem. I think that the problem is not related to the plugin Trac.
