I am using the latest hudson 1.255. When Hudson picks up a change from the
subversion polling log it will add it to the build queue, but it will wait
there indefinitely. I have 1 executor configured on the same machine and its
status is idle. I can get Hudson to start building if I go to "manage hudson" -
> "configure executors" then set the number of executors to 0 and save then set
number of executors to back to 1 and save.

We are having the same problem on our project as well. We were previously
running v1.252 and this problem did exist even with v 1.252. It still exists
after the upgrade to v1.255.
