Jenkins is not aware of personal builds, personal build failures mark Jenkins job status as failed

When initiating personal builds from rtc, only the user that initiated a build can see build failures for personal builds. In Jenkins the overall build status is updated to broken if a personal build fails, as Jenkins is not aware of the Personal Build concept
