Main page content is pushed down under the Build Executor Status pane

      See snapshots initially the layout is fine, then after a few seconds the main panel is pushed down, could be something to do with the Build Executor Status pane loading.

      this only happens if jobs are running.

      monitor resolutions tested - 1600x900 and 1920x1080
