Currently the WiX plugin doesn't recognize wixproj files as valid source files, and this limits the plugin's usability

It seems that I misunderstood the purpose of this plugin. I'm using the MSBuild plugin which invokes the WiX toolset when a solution contains WiX projects. I'm revoking this issue as I have no more interest in it.
