CVS support needs multi-location support like Subversion

      We created a branch in our CVS repo and created a new hudson job to build the
      branch like we did it with the head. The problem is, that not all of our CVS
      modules our app consists of are branched.

      Need a way to make hudson checkout the modules missing in the branch from the head.

      Kohsuke Kawaguchi suggested to create a ticket out of this.
